Code of Good Practices to Guide the Treatment of Children’s and Adolescents’ Personal Data – Mexico

Published by Mexico’s now-dissolved National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) in October 2020, this non-binding code echoes the UK AADC’s standards and sets out principles and recommendations for age-appropriate design and the protection of children’s privacy rights in the digital world, in line with Mexico’s data protection framework.
