UNCRC General comment No. 25 5th Anniversary Joint Letter

In 2021, the world made children a promise with the adoption of UNCRC General comment No. 25, affirming that children’s rights apply fully in the digital environment and setting clear expectations for governments and businesses.

On its fifth anniversary, over 55 organizations are calling on States to hold businesses accountable for ensuring that technology impacting children is rights-respecting and age-appropriate by design and default.
