Virtual launch of the Children & AI Design Code

5Rights Foundation and the Digital Futures for Children centre are delighted to invite you to celebrate the launch of the Children & AI Design Code, a pioneering new protocol for the development and use of AI systems that impact children.

A graphic of seven professional head shots. They are in respective circular-edged boxes in a format of four on top and three on the bottom, and have a black and white filter. The background is a light mint green, and in the background are two thick squiggles of colour, an electric blue for 5Rights, and an apple red for LSE.

AI is reshaping the world at an unprecedented pace, yet consideration of its impact on children remains woefully absent from public, policy, and technical debates. Developed by leading global AI, child rights and legal and policy experts, the Children & AI Code is a practical and actionable framework to ensure AI innovation caters to children, by design and default.
