Artificial Intelligence and Children's Rights

Artificial Intelligence ethics guidelines rarely engage with children and young people’s rights, and many do not address children at all. Yet, artificial intelligence technologies are being used in ways that impact children at home, at school, and at play.

5Rights Foundation is part of UNICEF’s Artificial Intelligence and Children’s Rights working group, which is exploring the potential impacts that AI is having and may have on children in the future, and asking how governments, corporations, educators and parents can promote and protect children and young people’s rights.
