Role Purpose

5Rights Foundation, a pioneering UK charity devoted to championing and safeguarding children's rights in the digital era, is seeking visionary individuals to join our Board of Trustees as volunteer board members. Your strategic guidance, expertise, and passion will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital rights for children and young people worldwide.

Area of Expertise

We are specifically looking for dedicated candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Law: Offer your legal expertise to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring the foundation operates ethically and within the bounds of the law.
  • Communications: Utilise your communication skills to amplify our message, engaging with diverse audiences and raising awareness about our mission and impact.
  • Fundraising: Help us unlock new funding opportunities, leveraging your network and experience to secure the vital resources we need to drive change.
  • Children's rights: Share your passion for children's rights by advocating for their protection and promotion in the digital sphere.
  • Technology: Provide valuable insights into emerging technologies, helping us anticipate trends and harness their potential to further our mission.

Your Commitment

  • Attend four board meetings per year, either in person or via digital platforms.
  • Contribute your strategic vision, expertise, and enthusiasm to guide the organisation's direction.
  • Serve as an ambassador for 5Rights Foundation, promoting our work and nurturing key relationships.
